Three settlements between Aqa Mirza Yusuf, Asad Allah Lashgar-nivis (of the royal artillery in Azerrbaijan) and Mirza Rafiʻ Muʼtaman Divan. They agree to settle Saʻid al-Mulk's properties on behalf of Saʻid al-Mulk's children and his mother.

Sale agreement between Mashhadi ‘Ali Riza ‘Attar [the herbalist], son of the late Haji Muhammad Riza from Shiraz, and Hajiyah Zivar Sultan, daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Hasan Tajir [the merchant] known as Salih and wife of the late Haji Muhammad Sahib Tajir ‘Alaqah-band [the silk maker] from Shiraz, over one-third of a house in the Suq al-Tayr neighborhood for two hundred tumans. Settlement of Mirza Hasan ‘Ali (son of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn Zari‘ [the farmer]), Farkhundah Khanum (daughter of Mashhadi Aqa Hufi; serving as the guardian of the late Mirza Muhammad Husayn's underage daughter), and Mahrukh Sultan (wife of the late Muhammad Husayn and daughter of the late Mirza Javad), with Haj Mahmud Tajir [the merchant] known as Namazi, son of Haj Ahmad Tajir, over a specific house in Shiraz for six hundred and fifty tumans.

Power of attorney given to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Bibi Khanum Rubab (daughter of Haji Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the permanent wife of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Bunakdar [the wholesaler], who is currently the guardian of her underaged daughter, Khanum Sughra, for six months from the time of this contract in order to receive her and her daughter's rights from Mustafa Bunakdar. The lawyer is allowed to keep the daughter's uncle, Mashhadi Haji Muhammad Baqqal [the grocer] informed. Dated July 18, 1907

Bibi Farah Sultan, daughter of Karbalayi Qanbar ‘Ali ‘Alaqah-band [the silk dealer] and wife of Sayyid Mirza the prayer leader and guardian of Mirza ‘Abd Allah, underage son of the late Haj Mirza Hasan Ra’is al-Atibba’, leases Mirza ‘Abd Allah's house located in Lab-i Ab neighborhood to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haj Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, for three years in exchange for four tumans per month.

Documents related to Nizam al-Mulk's complaint against Nim Taj Khanum, 1921
Testimony by a number of people, including Mu’ayyad al-Mamalik, regarding Nimtaj Khanum's trespassing on Kulah Farangi property in Nizamiyah Garden, which belongs to the underage children of Nizam al-Mulk. She cut some trees and sold them, claiming it as her own children's property. Shaykh ‘Isa, with the power of attorney from Nizam al-Mulk, complained to the Court of Justice, and the Court's investigation into the matter confirmed his claim.
